Daily Northeast Broiler/Fryer Parts as of 11:30
Prices are trending steady to firm for tenders; steady for boneless
skinless breasts and wings and steady to weak for dark meat items.
Trucklot buying activity is light to moderate for mid-week trading
as dealers continue to monitor processing schedules. Offerings of
tenders are balanced and moving well. Bone-in breasts are light
to moderate and boneless skinless breasts mostly moderate, dark
meat cuts and wings are moderate to heavy with thigh meat available
and slow to clear. Market activity is slow to moderate.
