Prices are steady. The undertone is at least steady. Offerings are
moderate. Retail demand is usually moderate. Food service demand remains
light to moderate. Supplies vary and mostly moderate for needs. Market
activity is slow to moderate. In the Eastern region, breaking stock offerings
are light to moderate for the light to moderate demand. Light type fowl
offerings are adequate; processing schedules are normal to less than normal.
